Often we forget how lucky we are to be healthy and have our loved ones around us. Especially in this time of the year, when we meet all our friends and get together with the family, in this season of giving, we remember it, and we have to be thankful. I am, and I want to deal here a little letter to say thank you.
A LETTER TO SAY THANK YOU.
Thank you, mum and dad, for being always there, for supporting me, for giving me a good education and for loving me.
Thank you mum for pushing me forward, even If you sometimes stress me, thanks for keeping me awake and for doing everything for me. Thank you for caring, even If I sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed, because I know you do it because you care about me.
Thank you dad for making me laugh and doing stupid things with me, thank you for transmitting me calmness, thank you for trying me to take it easy, even If I sometimes feel a bit analyzed, because you care about my health and my happiness.
Thank you to my grandparents, for giving me so much love.I would like to see you more than just in Summer and Winter, but well, we can't shorten the distance between Spain and Sweden yet. Thank you so much for your warmth, your simplicity and your endless love.
Thank you Oli, for being a good, nice, happy brother.
Even If sometimes I feel a bit disappointed because I think you can/could do/give much more than you actually do.
Thank you to my friends for keeping me alive. For giving me moments worth remembering:
Thank you Victoria, for being happy and curious, for being innocent, calm, happy, creative, imaginative. For talking all the time, for being comprehensive and sweet.
Thank you Andrea for taking me outside, for dealing your feelings with me and being your happy, crazy, unique self.
Thank you Bryan for listening to me, for being calm and funny at the same time, for giving nice hugs and being generous and reasonable.
Thank you Luis for being a daydreamer, for being imaginative. Thank you for irritating me sometimes, because you remind me I can get angry and actually feel things when I'm in my own stressful and isolated world. (This doesn't mean you can be silly all the time!)
I hope you don't feel undervalued if you're not in this list (it would be very long If I wrote about all of you):
Big thank you to all those persons who keep me company and make me feel beloved.
Big thank you to my teachers,
who teach me about the world and help me "build" myself. Thank you for trying to give me a good future full of opportunities and for opening doors.
I'm thankful all of you exist and deal your beautiful selves with me, and that I'm here to enjoy it and to deal my best self with you. Your happiness and your health are very important to me, and I'm so happy all of you are healthy and full of life! I love you.
And thank you, 2014, for keeping this amazing people in my life for one more year.
